Our kitchen

We serve vegan/vegetarian food with seasonal and organic ingredients. Influenced by TCM and Ayurveda, inspired by the Italian kitchen.

 

All ingredients have either grown in our garden, have been picked or fermented by us, or were bought from local producers. We aim to establish sustainable and mindful cooperation with local partners.

 

It is our vision to serve colourful and healthy dishes that nourish the body, mind, and soul on every level to make your event very special.

We are grateful to share not only our love for good tastes and healthy food, vegetables in all shapes and colours, fermentation, and - of course - the Italian cuisine.

 

We love to play with colours and flavours. 

Experiment with new tastes. Find the best products. Surprise with small details.

Martina

As a shakti yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner,
I follow TCM and Ayurveda. I love the basic idea that you find everything you need around your house; that you should include elements and flavours into a dish and so, find healing balance. 

 

I am grateful to share my passion for fermentation, herbs, and cooking with Alessio. I am blessed to have him as support on my side and together we created this beautiful project.

 

 

It's always a joy to load our camper van with all our equipment, kombucha, and vegetables and get ready for the next trip and cook together for amazing people. 

Alessio

Being from Rome is probably the reason why I love good food - and love to enjoy it, especially the Italian cuisine.

I am a handpan player and builder and this is how Martina and I met.

 

Thanks to her, I discovered amazing things like fermentation, kombucha, baking bread, and the colourful world of vegan food. Honestly, I am anything else than vegan and I enjoy having pizza, pasta, or cheese. However, I love to explore new tastes and food habits.

 

This way I have fallen not only in love with Martina but also with this kind of kitchen. And it never gets boring - that's for sure!

 

I am happy to share this project with her and be invited to retreats and yoga events (which is also something new to me). So far, we've met lots of great people and it's always a pleasure to see them enjoy and appreciate what we do. Together.
